back to school this weekend. It was a good trip, i.e., everyone was still on speaking terms when
it was over.
On the front end, Judy and I spent several hours in the Barnes Foundation Museum, which is ok
if you like Renoir, Cezanne, Rousseau, and an unbelievable gallery of others--including Picasso.
This place has been the news lately, as they want to break the will of their founder and move
downtown. Or go broke. Hard to tell what the future may hold.
Visited the Reading Terminal Market for a couple of hours before leaving. Got produce, mushrooms,
and a cookbook.
Not as interesting as
rwl's trip to Italy, but it will do us for a while.
