I haven't quite worked all the kinks out of it (see: header image, lack thereof), but this entry got me most of the way there, apart from the fact that it doesn't mention that if you want to port a custom color arrangement or suchlike, you'll need to edit those in manually before compiling in Step Thirteen. Still, mostly not particularly difficult.
